1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Hotcrypto Traders (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Trading Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our online trading platform, including all services, features, content, and applications offered by Hotcrypto Traders.

By registering an account, accessing, or using our Platform, you ("User", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If your account equity falls below the required margin level, we may close your positions without prior notice (margin call).

4.3 Spreads and Commissions

4.4 Stop Loss and Take Profit

You may set stop loss and take profit orders to manage your risk. However, these orders are not guaranteed to execute at your specified price, especially during market gaps or high volatility. We are not liable for any losses resulting from stop loss orders not being executed at your specified price.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated trading systems, bots, or scripts without our written permission
• Share your account credentials with any third party
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's operation
• Use the Platform to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bonuses
• Engage in arbitrage trading or other strategies we deem abusive
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our Platform

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of Hotcrypto Traders and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Hotcrypto Traders SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Platform
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content
• Market volatility, technical failures, or force majeure events

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including, but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable laws
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Providing false or misleading information
• Failure to pay any amounts owed to us

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. We may, but are not obligated to, delete your account and all associated data. Any funds in your account will be handled according to applicable laws and regulations.
